Eligibility;

To be eligible for the 60th Anniversary Scholarship, applicants must be UK fee-paying students who have chosen UEA as their firm choice and are starting their first undergraduate course at the university. Candidates are expected to demonstrate an active interest in extracurricular activities and show how they plan to engage with the diverse opportunities available at UEA. A proven track record of community contribution and a strong interest in enhancing both personal and peer experiences at UEA are essential.

Application Instructions;

Interested students should apply for the scholarship through a dedicated application form, which can include a video, audio, or written submission. Applicants are required to respond to two questions that focus on their reasons for choosing UEA and their plans for engaging in extracurricular activities. Submissions via the application form should be concise, with videos no longer than 2 minutes and written submissions no more than 500 words. The application deadline is set for 3 May 2024. Successful candidates will be selected by a panel of academic staff and current students, with results announced in early June. Scholarship recipients must meet the academic requirements of their offer and have UEA as their firm choice.
