Application instructions
All applications for the Foreign Student Program are processed by binational Fulbright Commissions/Foundations or the United States. Embassies. As a result, international students must apply through the Fulbright Commission/Foundation or the U.S. Their home countries' embassies. The deadline varies by country, but it is usually between February and October each year.
