The Fulbright Foreign Student Program allows international graduate students, young professionals, and artists to study and conduct research at American universities or other academic institutions. Each year, approximately 4,000 foreign students are awarded Fulbright scholarships.

Scholarship value

Application instructions 

All applications for the Foreign Student Program are processed by binational Fulbright Commissions/Foundations or the United States. Embassies. As a result, international students must apply through the Fulbright Commission/Foundation or the U.S. Their home countries' embassies. The deadline varies by country, but it is usually between February and October each year.
