Scholarship Value

Each scholarship grants a minimum of £10,000 towards tuition fees for a one-year postgraduate course. Additionally, scholarship recipients will be offered accommodation by International Students House (ISH) for the duration of their studies, and some scholarships may also contribute towards living costs.

Eligibility

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the GREAT Scholarships:

  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Be a national of eligible countries including Bangladesh, China, Egypt, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Malaysia, Mexico, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Thailand, among others.
  • Possess an undergraduate degree and demonstrate motivation and interest in the chosen subject area.
  • Fulfill the English language requirements of the host institution.
  • Exhibit engagement with the UK through personal and academic achievements and be willing to act as an ambassador for the GREAT Scholarships, including participating in networking events and speaking to potential candidates about studying in the UK.
