Eligibility;
To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must be international fee-paying students who have received a conditional or unconditional offer for a postgraduate taught degree at UEA. Candidates should demonstrate academic excellence and a clear vision of how their UEA education will enable them to make a substantial contribution to their field of study and engage actively in the UEA campus community. Applicants who are already in receipt of another UEA scholarship or award should note that these scholarships are exclusive, and only the higher amount will be offered.
Application Instructions;
Applications for the Global Postgraduate Excellence Scholarship must be submitted via video. Applicants are required to respond to two specific questions in a video format no longer than 2 minutes, filmed in standard definition (not HD or UHD). The questions focus on how the chosen course will equip the applicant with transferable skills for their future career aspirations and how they plan to engage with social and extracurricular opportunities at UEA to enhance their experience. The application is an opportunity to expand beyond the personal statement and should demonstrate the applicant's track record of community contribution and understanding of opportunities at UEA. Applications are considered on a rolling basis, and the final deadline for submission is 30 April 2024.
